Rebranding & Shaping Content Strategy to Elevate Market Presence
HYP3R needed to build trust + credibility and establish authority in its offering to elevate experiences for end-customers: hotel guests and restaurant lovers.
Challenge
HYP3R, an advertising tech platform, needed to establish authority in how it elevated travel and dining experiences for its end-customers: hotel guests and restaurant lovers. They needed a fresh, unified brand that better reflected its mission and connected with its audience. Their content felt disjointed and wasn’t inspiring the kind of engagement they were aiming for.
Solution
As Director of Content & Social Marketing, I led a full rebrand and content refresh across all channels. This included writing a company manifesto that clearly expressed HYP3R’s purpose and values. We also built content pillars designed to highlight what really mattered to their audience—amazing travel destinations, influential voices in the industry, and stories that focused on creating memorable customer experiences. From social posts to bigger brand moments, everything became more focused and intentional.

Within months, HYP3R’s Instagram and Twitter followings grew by 30%. Even better, this momentum contributed to the company’s highest-earning quarter, bringing in $1.5M in new ARR. The renewed brand and content strategy helped open doors to major clients like Caesars Entertainment and Norwegian Cruise Lines.
